UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos. 11,17,23,34 and 35 in Writ Appeal Nos.5466-5503/2004 and respondent Digitally signed by Madhu Grover Date: 2015.09.01 16:36:10 SCT Reason:
Nos. 12,18,31,40,43, 45, 47, 69,73 and 85 in Writ Appeal Nos. 63-152/2005 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to them and to the other unserved respondents in the matters within the same period. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.
Respondent Nos. 11,16,20,70 and 71 are reported to be dead. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the said respondents.
Respondent No.32 in Writ Appeal Nos. 63-152/2005 has refused to accept notice. This refusal constitutes proper service.
Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the respondents to file the counter affidavit.
List again on 5.10.2015.
