It is submitted that the application for impleadment has been filed by the 3rd party. Office is directed to verify it. It is submitted by Advocate Mr. Rajesh Mahale and Ms. Abha R.Sharma that though they have filed vakalatnama, they have not been served with the copy of the pleadings. The learned counsel for petitioner is directed to serve copy of the pleadings on both the counsel within two weeks and file proof. They may file their Counter Affidavit within four weeks, after the service of the pleadings. In the meanwhile, the remaining respondents may file their Counter Affidavit.
