Mr. Nagamuthu, learned Senior Advocate has argued that the Inam fair register which has been produced is not an authenticated copy of the original and that could not have been relied upon by the Courts below.

Issue notice confined only to the question whether the Inam fair register produced is an unauthenticated copy and whether it could be relied upon.

Liberty to serve the Standing Counsel for the State.
