Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 2, 5 and 6 but none has entered appearance on their behalf.
As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent No.3 has been received back with postal remarks "Refused". However Mr. Parijat Sinha, Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that he is appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 also. He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of said respondents.
Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent Nos. 1 and 4 to file the counter affidavit.
