O R D E R
The office report indicates that service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
Four weeks time, is granted to respondent No. 2 to file the counter affidavit.
Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that he will be filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 also. He seeks and is given four weeks time for filing the same.
