"At the request of the learned senior counsel appearing for the petiioners, two weeks' time is granted to the petitioners for filing additional affidavit relating to FSI that will be made available pursuant to the developments to be made. Call after two weeks."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to aforesaid Order counsel for the petiioner has filed aditional afidavit and same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submited that Mr. Chirag M. Shroff counsel for the petitioner has also filed an application for permission to urge additional questions of law ground and same is registered as I.A. No. 1 and being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
