In view of the Resolution passed by the Petitioner (MHADA) on 24.01.2019, this application (I.A. No. 23115 of 2021) has been filed to allow the petitioner to withdraw this Special Leave Petition, so that the petitioner can give effect to NOC dated 28.02.2020 and Government's approval dated 06.06.2019.

Accordingly, this application (I.A. No. 23115 of 2021) is allowed by consent in terms of prayer clause (A) as there is no opposition from the respondent(s).

Consequently, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the above terms.
