Respondent Nos. 9 to 14 have been served in alternative arrangement but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

However, Mr. Atulesh Kumar, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 9 to 13 and Ms. Suchitra A. Chitale, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.14 seek and are given one week's time to file the vakalatnama on behalf of said respondents. Ld. Counsel has already filed the counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 9 to 14. After expiry of aforesaid period, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules.
