The I. A. Nos. 34 (Application for stay) in the matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th November, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel for respondent no.1 states, that during the pendency of the instant special leave petitions, the respondent will not press the contempt petition pending before the High Court. In view of the above, no further order is called for, insofar as the present interlocutory applications are concerned. The instant interlocutory applications are accordingly disposed of. Post the main special leave petitions for hearing, on a day other than Monday and Friday, in the second week of February, 2017."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are fourteen respondents in the instant matters. Ms. Anagha S. Desai, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1, Mr. Saurabh Mishra, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No. 5, M/s. J. S. Wad & Co., Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 8 and Mr. A. P. Medh, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 9 to 14. Counteraffidavits have been included in the paperbooks. Mr. Sachin Pilot, Advocate accepted notice for respondent No. 6 i.e. State of Maharashtra before the Hon'ble Court on 31.08.2015 but no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance so far. A. D. cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 2 o 4 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has also filed rejoinderaffidavit with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the same has been included in the paperbooks.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 06.04.2017 filed rejoinderaffidavit to the counteraffidavit filed by counsel for respondent Nos. 9 to 14 with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
