The matter abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05th January, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"A perusal of the office report and the representation in Court today reveals, that respondent nos. 2 to 5 will be required to serve afresh. Let fresh notice issue to respondent nos. 2 to 5, returnable for 12.02.2016. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the represented respondents to file counter affidavits, in the meantime."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are fourteen respondents in the instant matters. Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued to the unserved respondent Nos. 2 to 5 by registered A. D. post as well as dasti in addition. A. D. card duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Counsel for the petitioners has on 10.02.2016 has filed an affidavit of dasti service with proof in respect of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Anagha S. Desai, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 and she has also filed counter affidavit which has been included in the paperbooks. M/s. J. S. Wad & Co., Advocates has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 8 and also filed counter affidavit which has been included in the paperbooks. Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 9 to 14 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Sachin Pilot, Advocate has accepted the notice for respondent No. 6 before the Hon'ble Court on 31.08.2015 but he has not filed

vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 6 so far. A. D. card duly signed has been received back from respondent No. 7 but there is no appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 7 so far.

Service is complete.
