Pragasam, AOR Mr. Prabu Ramasubramanian, Adv. Chandigarh Mr. Sudarshan Singh Rawat, AOR UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned counsel for the Union of India says that due to some misunderstanding, a meeting as mentioned in the order dated 29.03.2017 was held only yesterday but nothing could come out of it perhaps due to paucity of time. Learned counsel says that another meeting will now be held on 12.04.2017 and if necessary, on 13.04.2017 also so that appropriate directions can be agreed upon. In our view, it will be appropriate if the Members of the Expert Committee who had conducted the research for the National Commission for Women are also invited to participate in the meetings to be held on 12.04.2017 and 13.04.2017. We expect a final decision on the agreed directions to be taken at the earliest. List the matters on 21.04.2017. Liberty is granted to the Union of India to file an additional affidavit.
