UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned Additional Solicitor General says that a meeting will be called by the Secretary in the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India within two weeks and a detailed affidavit will be filed with regard to the proceedings that have already taken place and the meeting that will be held in the near future. On his request, the matter is adjourned to 1st April, 2016.

Learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Uttar Pradesh says that the State of Uttar Pradesh will get in touch with the Member Secretary of the National Commission for Women and look into the proposal that has been offered by the National Commission for Women and give the exact status report in consultation with the Union of India before the next date of hearing.
