UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Mr. Siddhartha Chowdhury, Ld. Counsel submits that he has filed caveat on behalf of all the respondents. On perusal of the file it reveals that that there is no caveat and respondent Nos. 1, 3,5 to 8 have been served but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 are not served. Ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of two weeks take fresh steps for the service of notice to the said respondents. In case, if Mr. Siddhartha Chowdhury, Ld. Counsel intends to file vakalatnama and the counter affidavit for all the respondents, he may do so within a period of four weeks.
