SLP(C) Nos. 14872 and 14888/2013
Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 19.7.2016 of this Court in respect of the unserved respondents.
List again on 7.10.2016.
SLP(C) No. 14045/2014
The office report shows that respondent Nos. 52 and 84 has refused to accept the dasti notice. However, on perusal of file, it comes to the fore that Respondent No.52 has already been served by the concerned Court and on refusal to receive the notice by Respondent No.84 the Court has adopted the procedure of affixation and thus service stands complete on these respondents. Now being complete matter, place the same before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
