the counter affidavit, shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be given. Await the return of service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents. List the matter again on 19.07.2016.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to furnish the fresh particulars and to take fresh steps in the respect of the respondent Nos.47, 61, 81 & 86 despite opportunities given. However, I am inclined to grant four more weeks time subject to the condition that he takes steps and deposits a sum of Rs. 1000/- in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee as cost within four weeks. Dasti in addition is also permitted.
If the above conditions are not satisfied, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non-prosecution. If steps are taken, issue notice and list the matter before this Court on 19.07.2016.
