UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 14872/2013

The office report indicates that the Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed the requisites after the period prescribed for such filing. The delay has been satisfactorily explained by the Ld.counsel. Therefore, the same is condoned, and, accordingly, notice shall be issued to the respondents with utmost dispatch.

SLP(C) No.14045/2014

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the unserved respondent Nos.27, 37-40, 51, 55, 62, 63, 69, 74, 76 & 79 within three weeks.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos.47, 61, 81 & 86 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period, whereafter no further extension shall be allowed.

List the matter again on 26.04.2016.
