The learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos. 47,61,81 and 86 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the Item No.38 2
service of notice to them and to the unserved respondent Nos. 27,37 to 40,51,55,62,63,69,74,76,79 and 81 within the same period whereafter no further extension shall be given. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the District Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioners within the period prescribed above.
The served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.
The Learned counsel for the respondent No. 24 has stated that the petitioners have not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter. List again on 13.10.2015.
