Dasti in addition is permitted to be served on respondent Nos.1,2 & 4-24 through the Ld.Standing counsel representing the State of U.P. and on the other respondents through the Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld.counsel for the petitioners within the period stipulated above.
