The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 03.01.2017 passed by the High Court of Karnataka Dharwad Bench in Writ Appeal No. 100474 of 2016 and 100018-100019 of 2016(GM-RES).

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copies of order dated 02.09.2008, 20.07.2009 and 22.02.2013 mentioned in the impugned Order. In this Regard counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 28.04.2017 and the same has been included at page No. 215 in the SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 04.05.2017 filed annexure A2 to A12 as additional documents alongwith application for permission to file additional documents. The same is registered as I.A. No. 2. Copies of the documents are being circulated for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
