Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have failed to file counter affidavit despite final chance granted on the last date.

On behalf of respondent Nos. 75 and 78, the ld. Counsel though accepted notice on the last date and undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit, no steps have been taken till date. The ld. Counsel for the petitioner has undertaken to take steps for issuance of notice to the unserved respondents within two weeks. Notices be issued through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. List again on 1.10.2013.
