Ld. Counsel for respondent nos. 2,3,68 and 69 in SLP(C) No.34890-919/2012 has requested four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Be filed as assured.

Names of respondent nos. 8,15,30,39, 51,61,83, 84,87,91,93,95,98,99,100,102 and 104 have already been deleted from SLP(C) No.34907-919/2012 vide order of the Hon'ble Court dt.6.11.2015.

An application for deletion qua names of respondent nos. 2,5,8,46,49 and 59 to 61 in SLP(C) No.18700-32/2013 is already updated in the Chamber pool. Orders are awaited.

For the remaining unserved respondents in all the set of petitions, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has still to take fresh steps. The ld. Counsel has mentioned that steps have already been taken. Registry to verify and to issue notices accordingly.
