to be duly and properly served through post but none appeared nor any steps have been taken on their behalf.

The learned Advocate, Mr. H. Chandra Sekhar has accepted notice for respondent Nos.75 and 78 and has undertaken to file vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit by the next date. Four weeks' time is granted. List again on 4.7.2013.
