However, Mr. Vikas Bansal, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent No.1 (State of Haryana). He seeks and is given one week's time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. After expiry of said period, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court.
