UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on the date of offence, the minimum sentence was seven years where as the petitioner has been sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment.

It is contended that the victim was a consenting party though she was less than 18 years of age.

In view of the said fact, issue notice on the question of sentence only.
