As per postal tracking report, notice issued to respondent Hence, learned counsel for No.9 has not been been served. petitioners shall within a period of four weeks' file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take requisite steps for the service of notice upon him.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has filed an application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased respondent Nos. 4 ITEM NO.33 2

and 7(2) but till date he has not cured the defects, as pointed out by the Registry and also failed to file the fresh particulars and steps in respect of respondent Nos. 6 and 7(1) despite grant of last chance. Viewed in that context, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders. List thereafter.
