UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The respondent No.3 has already filed the counter affidavit.

The respondent Nos.1(i), 2(i) and 2(ii) have failed to file the counter affidavit despite repeated opportunities.

The respondent Nos.4 and 7(ii) are reported to be dead. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the said respondents.

The respondent Nos.5, 8(i) to 8(iii) have refused to accept ional Activerified Service of notice sent to them under registered cover. This rafusal on their part constitutes proper service, but no one has entered appearance.

As per postal tracking report in respect of respondent Nos.6 & 7(i), the remarks shows that "absconded" & "not found" respectively. Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the above respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos.912 within two weeks.

List the matter again on 10.07.2018.
