UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Having regard to the explanation given by Mr. R.S. Suri, Senior Advocate, four weeks' further time is granted to the respondent State of Punjab to file the written statement. Since the time is allowed to the State of Punjab, other respondents who
have not filed their written statements so far are also allowed to file the same. It is made clear that this is the last opportunity given for filing their written statement and thereafter no opportunity will be granted.
I.A.No. 2 of 2012 be listed before the Court for preliminary hearing, after two weeks.
