Learned Advocate for the petitioner has showed his copy of Filing Memo regarding proof of service, though there is no clarity in such memo with the notice which is served upon Respondent No.2.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. Dipak Kumar Jena states that this proof of service is with reference to unserved respondent No.2, however no such proof of service is found in the file itself.

Office has to find out such proof and to place it in record, without fail. Office is further directed to intimate Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 regarding pendency of this SLP.

Served respondent may file Counter Affidavit.
