We grant one more opportunity to the second respondent (Subhash Kumar @ Subhash Kumar Sardar) to make a statement about the reasonable lumpsum amount which he is willing to offer for the benefit of the child. The offer shall be communicated by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner within one week from today.
