The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6 th May,

2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Issue notice.

Mr. Ananga Bhattacharyya, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

Proceedings before the trial court may go on.

However, final decree shall be passed only after further orders from the Court.

Post on 22.07.2016.

In the meantime, the learned counsel for the parties may also explore the possibility of an amicable settlement among the parties."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. Anagha S. Desai, Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed the requisite spare copies, therefore show cause notice could not be issued to all the Respondents.

It is further submitted that there are 18 Respondents in the matter. Mr. Ananga Bhattacharyya, Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 has not filed counter affidavit so far. She accepts notice on behalf of Respondents in Court on 6 th May, 2016 but not filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 6 to 18.

It is also submitted that no intimation/documents regarding amicable settlement between the parties has been filed in the matter so far.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report. Dated this, the 20th day of July, 2016.
