Ld. Advocate-on-record, Ms Preeti Gupta submits that respondent no.3 in SLP(C) No. 9211/2020 has expired and that she has filed vakalatnama alongwith counter affidavit on behalf of the legal representatives of respondent no.3 in SLP(C) No. 9211/2020 on Saturday i.e., 21.1.2023, though legal representatives have not been brought on record. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in this regard.

Ld. Counsel further submits that respondent no.8 in SLP(C) No. 9214/2020 has died and that respondent nos. 1 to 7 are already on record as the legal representatives of respondent no.8. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in this regard.

Ld. Counsel further submits that respondent no.4 in SLP(C) No. 9215/2020 has expired. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in this regard.

Ld. Counsel further submits that respondent no.6 in Diary No(s). 12897/2020 has expired and that she has filed vakalatnama alongwith counter affidavit on behalf of the legal representatives of respondent no.6 in Diary No(s). 12897/2020. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in this regard.
