Respondent No. 1 has already filed the Counter Affidavit. However, Ld. Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 submits that he has not received the complete set of pleadings. Ld. counsel for the Image: Transmit is directed to provide the copy of pleadings to Ld. Discourse for the respondent within one week.

Service is complete upon respondent Nos. 2 to 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. However, Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Mr. Vijay Panjwani, Mr. Sandeep Narain, Ld. Advocates-on-Record undertakes to appear for Respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 7 respectively. They seek and are given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.
