UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Service is complete on respondent nos. 1 to 21, 23 and 25 but none has entered appearance.
Respondent nos. 22 and 24 have filed counter affidavit.
None appeared for respondent nos. 26 to 30 when called. Record shows that vakalatnama has been filed on 6.9.2019. There is neither written application for extension of time to file pleadings in terms of Order V Rule 1(22) of Supreme Court Rules, 2013 nor is there oral request to that effect. It appears that respondents are not interested in filing counter affidavit and, therefore, opportunity to file counter affidavit stands declined.
