UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. It is the contention of the petitioner/State that the road was constructed in the present alignment at the request of the writ petitioners/their predecessors. After the road was constructed, the writ petitioners/their predecessors have filed writ petition after 40 years.

2. In that view of the matter, issue notice.

3. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.
