Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer (a) assailing the provisions of the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021 and the rules framed thereunder are identical to other matters pending on this issue before this Court including the Writ Petition (C) No.1018/2021 but the present matter has not been tagged with those matters in view of the orders passed on 25.3.2022.

Prayers made in the original Writ Petition as prayers (b) & (c) have become infructuous by passage of time and the application has been filed now seeking to substitute those prayers with prayer (i) made in the application on account of a fresh vacancies circular dated 20.10.2022.

The application is allowed in terms thereof.
