UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.5 and 6 has yet not been filed. The Ld. Counsel has requested for an adjournment. However, the same has been heavily objected by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner. The record shows that Signa we addy two opportunities have been granted to both the 12-11-4415<br>Reasor spondents but no reasonable cause has been shown as on date for the adjournment. Further adjournment is, therefore,

declined.

As far as respondent No.7 is concerned, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is required to serve the complete set of the pleadings within a week's time to enable the Ld. Counsel for the said respondent to file counter affidavit.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.3 is also awaited.
