It is further submitted that despite the aforesaid order counsel for the appellant has not filed statement of case so far and counsel for the Respondents has already filed statement of case.

It is lastly submitted that there are 2 respondents in this appeal. Service of notice of lodgment of petition of appeal is complete on both the respondents and are represented by Mr. D. S. Mahra, Advocate.
