SECTION IV-B

Considering the fact that Rs.12,00,00,000/- (Rupees twelve crore only) was deposited in this Court in terms of order dated 05.01.2017 for and on behalf of the petitioner-Company and the Company has now gone in liquidation, we deem it appropriate to direct transfer of the amount along with accrued interest thereon, if any, to the Official Liquidator in Company Petition No.641 of 2014.

It will be open to the Official Liquidator to pass appropriate orders, as may be advised, in accordance with law after giving opportunity to all concerned. All questions in that regard are left open.
