It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Shankar Divate, Advocate on 21.04.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 05.10.2012 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in FAO No.656 of 2011 barred by time by 838 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order dated 05.10.2012.

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 17667 of 2007 Entitle Union of India Versus Vidya Rani & Anr arising out of common relied upon order, while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal No. 1052 of 2014) was disposed of on 29.01.2014 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 29.01.2014 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
