This Transfer Petition is filed by the petitioner (wife) for transfer of the Divorce case filed by the respondent (husband) from the Court at Ernakulam, Kerala, to the Competent Court at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Mr. Jogy Scaria, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both parties are IT professionals. The petitioner is working and residing with her son at Bengaluru. The respondent had earlier filed the Custody case at Ernakulam but the same was withdrawn and now although the petitioner is yet to receive the notice of the proceeding, she has learnt that Digitally signed by DEEPAK SINGH Date: 2020.07.14 16:24:19 IST Signature Not Verified
the Custody case has now been filed in Bengaluru. The petitioner's counsel refers to the difficulty for the petitioner to contest the Divorce case at Ernakulam.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in O.P.(Divorce) No.2727 of 2019 titled as Vishwanath S vs. Divya V pending before the Family Court, Ernakula, Kerala until further orders.
