$1.$ After arguing for some time, Mr. Dama Seshadri Naidu, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this special leave petition with further leave to file a review petition before the High Court on the basis of the departmental order dated 24<sup>th</sup> February, 2023. He also prays that in Sevent the review fails, the petitioners may be granted liberty to challenge

the parent order dated 14<sup>th</sup> February, 2025 afresh.
