The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 4th April, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

Accordingly Notice was issued to the sole Respondent. Unserved cover containing the Notice has been received back with postal remarks "Incomplete" and Counsel for the Petitioner has not furnished latest, complete and fresh address despite this Registry's letter dated 10th May, 2016.

Service of Notice is not complete.

Therefore, the matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court again and again for completion of Servcie and lastly listed on 16th November, 2016 when the following Order was passed:

"Learned Counsel for the petitioner has failed to furnish the fresh particulars of the sole respondent and also to take fresh steps in respect of him despite of last chance granted. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

The Office Report for Direction in the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchamber with this Office Report.
