It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition abovementioned is filed against the Judgment and Order dated 24th March, 2014 of the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore in ITA No. 832 of 2007 and is barred by time by 3 days. The Counsel for the petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition No. 18187 of 2014 @ CC No. 9742 of 2014 entitled "THE ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX vs M/S CANARA BANK" arising from relied upon judgment which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th July, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. (Copy of the order dated 14th July, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

It is further submitted that Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has filed additional documents as per undertaking letter. The same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter alongwith application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
