The matters above mentioned were again listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10th August, 2015 with CC no. 13449 of 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

Fresh notice be issued in the appeal returnable in six weeks.

Issue notice returnable in six weeks.

At the next date of hearing, list the instant two matters along with Civil Appeal No. 7210 of 2002 for final disposal"

It is submitted that counsel for the appellants has not filed the spare copies so far. In both the matters. Hence Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal/Notice could not be issued in SLP(C) No. 23208 of 2015 @CC No. 13449 of 2015.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
