It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition No. 18187 of 2014 @CC No. 9742 of 2014 entitled "THE ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX vs M/S CANARA BANK" relied upon Judgment by High Court which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th July, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice.(Copy of the Order dated 14th July, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition Nos. 34207 of 2013 @CC No. 18997 of 2013 entitled "CIT & ANR. vs KARNATAKA BANK LTD" involving from similar question of law which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th October, 2013, when the Hon'ble Court has dismissed the same.(Copy of the Order dated 25th October, 2013 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition Nos. 35889 of 2013 @CC No. 19590 of 2013 entitled "C.I.T.,MANGALORE & ANR. vs KARNATAKA BANK LTD." involving from similar question of law which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th November, 2013, when the Hon'ble Court has dismissed the same.(Copy of the Order dated 19th November, 2013 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

The matter alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
