UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
It is submitted that this Court has already issued notice in SLP (C ) No.12134/2018.
It appears that in matters arising from the order presently under challenge, this Court had passed orders on 29.7.2019 directing that the matter be tagged with SLP (C ) No. 18402/2018 which in turn tagged the matter with SLP (C) No.12134/2018.
Since the notice has already been issued in the latter matter, let notice be issued in the present matter.
Tag this matter with SLP (C) No.12134/2018 and other connected matters.
We direct that all these matters be listed before the appropriate Court on 20.9.2019.
In the meantime, the respondents are at liberty to file affidavits in reply/additional documents.
