SLP (C) No. 113233 of 2015

It is submitted that there are total 7 respondents in SLP (C) No. 1132 of 2015 and 9 respondents in SLP (C) No.1133 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 13 are common respondents in both the matters.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 4 in SLP (C) No. 1132 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 1 & 3 in SLP (C) No. 1133 of 2015 but no counter affidavit is filed on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that AD Cards duly signed has been received back for common Respondent No 2 in both the matters and Respondent No. 4 in SLP (C) No. 1133 of 2015 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

It is further submitted that neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 57 in SLP (C) No. 1132 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 59 in SLP (C) No. 1133 of 2015 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 57 in SLP (C) No. 1132 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 59 in SLP (C) No. 1133 of 2015.

SLP (C) No. 1139 of 2015

It is submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has on 28.05.2015 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondents 3 & 4 but no Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 4 and no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of all the 4 respondents so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
