It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, Advocate on 18.07.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 26.03.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 584 of 2011 and Final Judgment order dated 08.07.2014 in RA No. 91 of 2014 in RFA No. 584 of 2011 alongwith applications for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment.
It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 08.07.2014 was within time but there was a delay of 128 days in refiling the SLP against the Final Judgment & order dated 26.03.2014. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the Special Leave Petition and the same is listed before the Hon'ble Judge(In Chamber) on 10.03.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :
"Subject to deposit of costs on Rs. 500/ with the Supreme Court Legal Service Committee within two weeks from today, the delay in refiling the Special Leave Petitions is condoned. In default, the Special Leave Petitions shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court."
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 27.03.2015 filed proof of depositing the cost of Rs. 500/ which was deposited on 19.03.2015 in Supreme Court Legal Service Committee.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP(C) Nos. 1005010051 of 2015 @ CC Nos. 2199021991 of 2014 Entitled Subhash Chander Versus State Of Haryana And Ors as both are arising out of common order.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
