It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petitions are filed by Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, Advocate on 18.07.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 26.03.2014 in RFA No. 3517 of 2011 and Order dated 08.07.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RA No. 87 of 2014 in RFA No. 3517 of 2011 along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Orders dated 26.03.2014 and 8.07.2014 were within time but there was a delay of 150 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same is listed before the Hon'ble Judge (In Chambers) on 27.01.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay in refiling the Special Leave Petition is condoned subject to the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs. 1,000/ as costs with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within one week."

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioners has on 11.02.2015 filed proof of depositing of cost of Rs. 1,000/ with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee on 04.02.2015 and the same is barred

by time by one day and the same is condoned by the Hon'ble Judge (In Chambers) on 24.04.2015.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No.1005051 of 2015 @ CC No. 2199021991 of 2014 Entitled Subhash Chander Vsersus State Of Haryana And Ors as both are arising out of common order.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
