Mr. B.K. Satija, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. He seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama. The Learned counsel has stated that the petitioners have not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time Signal proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the other respondents.
